Virksomhedsbeskrivelse: Thomas Busk Eskildsen -Goals for the future: Lean certification, Six Sigma Black Belt and a certification in project management -Finished Six Sigma Green Belt education early june 2011 -From December 2010 until february 2011 I handled project coordination regarding the companys work towards becoming AS9100C certified (Aerospace standard) -From October 2008 and until now i have been working with Lean (World class manufacturing). -From December 2007 to October 2008 I divided my time between teaching/working with the machines, and working with 5S and LEAN. (Roughly 50/50) Started at TRESU A/S 2001. Initially as an apprentice, working with conventional and CNC controlled machines. Specialties LEAN, 5S (implementing LEAN/5S), TPM, VSM, change management, Six SIgma (Green Belt) Milling and turning (industrial fabrication): Primarily experince with Mazak, Heidenhain and Okuma controls on milling- and turning machines.
