For our Client, an International Technology Company based in Krakow, we are currently looking for candidates willing to develop professionally in the area of IT and relocate to Poland.
While working on this position you will be responsible for providing support for customers' via e-mail or telephone, solving IT related issues, prioritizing tasks, using ticketing system, preparing analysis, providing feedback to users, supporting team members, maintaining high standards of customer service according to procedures.
Successful Candidate should be fluent in Danish, have working knowledge of English and hold University Degree. Must have experience in using MS Office tools and computer skills. Previous experience in IT field or degree in Computer Science would be a strong asset.
We are looking for candidates with strong communication and solving-problems skills who are quick learners and self-motivated to solve customers’ issues. Candidate should also be highly committed and motivated to achieve organizational goals.
